If you know beer, you know DRAFT Magazine. This is where we go to read about industry news, trends and those that are at the top of their game. Well, we don’t like to brag – OK, we do – but ONLY when it’s well earned, and this, my friends, is one of those times.
In DRAFT Magazine’s May/June 2010 issue, its annual Food Issue with a cover story titled “2010’s Best New Gastropubs,” features three recently opened restaurants across the country that have “breathed new life into the old gastropub concept.”
Haven Gastropub among the TOP THREE in the country? I admit – and I’m quoted on this in the piece – that I wasn’t even thinking of the word “gastropub” when developing the Haven concept, so you can imagine our surprise when we saw ourselves referred to as “one of the most true-to-form gastropubs you will find in this country.”
