Mikkeller Single Hop IPA

To all of Haven Gastropub’s hop heads, we have a real treat coming on tap.  Danish brewer Mikkeller has put together 7 different single hop IPA’s for your enjoyment.  Each one is an American-style IPA, brewed with water, malts (pilsner, cara-crystal and munich), 1 single hop, and yeast with an ABV of 6.9%.  This will give all of you the chance to taste each individual hop separate in each beer that goes on tap.  The hops Mikkeller has used are: Amarillo, Cascade, Nelson Sauvin, Nugget, Simcoe, Tomahawk, and Warrior.  Stop in or check out our online draught list to see which one is on tap.  If you are a fan of ours on facebook or follow us on twitter, we will update you as we cycle through each of the beers.
